Notice: Spring Load Restrictions

Rusk County Highway Department will be posting county road restrictions effective MONDAY, MARCH 7, 2016 at 12:01.

The Town of Stubbs will be posting weight restrictions at the same time and date as the county.

Waste Management has been informed of the restrictions. You may bring your household waste, free of charge to Timberline Trails Recycling during their operating hours. As usual, you may bring your household garbage to the Town of Stubbs Recycling Center on Saturdays from 8:30-1:00 PM. If you have any questions please feel free to call any Town Supervisor.

Allied Waste has not returned calls as of today (Wed) so we do not know what alternative sites they have planned.

Weight restrictions apply to logging trucks and farm equipment as well.
