Randy Kramer requested a conditional use permit for a non-metallic

has a plan for reclamation the Board approved the application on
motion by Zak/Lieffring.
Dixon presented a proposed budget for 2009 for the Bruce Area Library
with a 5.97% increase requested. Motion to approve by Lieffring/Zak
passed.
Dixon reported on the Amacoy Property Owners Ass'n. meeting held on
August 30 at the Town Hall. Jerry Carow had presented a report on
work done and further work proposed at the Amacoy boat landing. Rusk
Co. owns the boat landing, but the WRA does much of the work. Stubbs
has been asked to contribute $3,000. A sign has been posted on the
dumpster warning people that it is for the use of the boat landing
only, but so far it has been ignored. There was a suggestion that
surveillance cameras be put in place. The possibility of developing a
picnic area at the Amacoy tubes was discussed.
The Board agreed on motion by Lieffring/Zak to appoint 3 persons for
the election board on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
Next meeting will be held on Monday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. and will be
preceded by a comprehensive planning committee meeting.
Gert Bonczyk had some questions concerning Indian hunting rights on
ceded territory.
Motion to adjourn by Lieffring/Zak at 7:35 p.m.
