July 11, 2011 The regular monthly meeting of Stubbs Tovn Board was held on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All members were present. The Pledge cf Allegiance was given. Minutes were approved on motion by Zak/Taylor. Financial Report was approved on motion by Zak/Taylor. Current bills were audited and ordered paid by Zak/Taylor. PUBLIC INPUT: Taylor mentioned that the Board had discussed a private business at their last meeting and that it was inappropiate. The Chairman discussed current road projects work is to begin on the big culvert on Kief Rd. Twin City Striping is working in the area—the Board decided to engage them to do striping (both yellow and white lines) on half the roads this year and .half next yearT-Amacoy Lake Rd.. , S. Hutchinson Rd. and perhaps Tyman, Adams and Norwegian Roads. A culvert win be replaced on the south end of River Rd. Rt.-of-Way will be ditched and gravelled. Board of Review has been scheduled for July 25 with open book from 4 to 6 p.m. and Bd. of Review from 6 to 8 p.m. Next meeting will be held on August 1, 2011 at 7 p.m. Motion to adjourn by Zak/Taylor at 7:40 p.m. passed.
