December 12, 2011 The regular meeting of the Stubbs Town Board was held on Mon.,Dec. 12, at 7 pm at the Stubbs Town Hall. All members were present. The Pledge of Allegiance was given. Minutes were approved on motion by Zak/ Taylor. Financial report was approved on motion by Zak/Taylor. Current bills were audited and approved on motion by Zak/Taylor. PUBLIC INPUT: Diane Ellwood asked about the new assessor and expressed concern that Waste Management's assessment should be corrected so there will be no chargebacks on their taxes in the future --- it causes hardships to the schools. Taylor moved that a policy be established in the event of an employee --- that the town should send flowers at the current value or if are not wanted, a comparative monitary gift will be given. Zak seconded and motion passed. The Board appointed the existing Election Board for the next two year term. Lynn Tomczak, Gert Bonczk, Lynn Wierzba, Louise Stevens, Judy Anderson, Roberta Bogusch, Pat Stine, and Sue Hopkins. The Clerk was directed to send reservations for the WTA meetin on sand mining on Jan. 12, 2012 for Duane Taylor and for all three board memebers for the dist. WTA. meeting st Cable on Mar. 10, 2012. Next meeting will be held on Jan.2, 2012 at 7 pm and will include the Board of Audit. Motion to adjourn at 7:20 by Zak/Taylor passed. Louise Stevens, Clerk
