AUGUST 4, The regular' monthly meeting of Stubbs Town Board was hold at the Town- Hall at 7 p.m. on Monday, August 4, 2014. All members wei'e present. Pledge of Allegiance was given. Minutes were approved on motion by Zak/Taylor with one correction. There is no charge for fireworks permits. Financial Export was approved on motion by Zak/Taylor. Current bil^-s were ordered paid on motion by zak/Taylor. PUBLIC COMMENT: None Big Bend wi^-1 n°t ^e doing any work on Right-of-Way Rd, at this tim3- Dixon reported prices on two payloaders, at Holco'mbe—one priced $17,900 , one at 30,000. Dean Taylor and Ron Golat will look at them. Also the Monroe Co. gave a price of $12,800 on a wing for the truck and $47,026 on a sand auger. The Board discussed an ad for applications ror snowplow driver—part time at $15.29 per hr. Dixon will contact Ralph Kenyon to see if he he is still interested. The Amacoy Lake Property Owners Ass'n. has asked if they may store r?cor<^s at the Town Hall. The Board recommended that they b£ allowed to place records in the storeroom with the understanding they can only access them on days when there Are scheduled meetings. Motion to that effect by Zak/TaylPr passed. The Board discussedextending blacktop on River Rd. Dixon will obtain an estimate on the cost. Discussion on Draus driveway—according to Lee Turonie, Attorney for Wis. Towns Ass'n, the town hasno responsibility for private driveways and the Town Board may use their discretion .i-n planning road work. The Board a?Proved a 3-person election board for the August 12 primary. Dixon reported that he will resign as Chairman after the November meeting. Next meeting will be held on September 8, 2014 at 7p.m. Motion to adjourn by Zak/Taylor at 7:55 passed.
