AUGUST 4, 2008 The regular monthly meeting of Stubbs Town Board was held on Monday, August 4, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All members were present. Minutes were approved on motion by Lieffring/Zak. Financial Report was approved on motion by Zak/Lieffring. Current bills were audited and approved on motion by Zak/, Lieffring. The Chairman asked for public comments. George Tomczak mentioned that he doesn't know how to use the town's welder. John Bonczyk also expressed interest in learning to use the welder. It was decided that Lyle Lieffring will meet^with them and anyone who is interested on Thursday, August 7 to give instructions. Zak mentioned that the ATV Club inquired about signs that were • not put up on Amacoy Lake Rd. for which they had been billed. The Clerk was instructed to send copies of the Highway Dept. bills for these signs. There was discussion on purchase of a new lawnmower for the Town. Dixon has a mower that can be used temporarily—the Board will discuss purchase of a new one at a later date. Next meeting will be held on Sept. 1 (Labor Day) at 7 p.m. Motion to adjourn at 7:20 by Zak/Lieffring passed.
