Town of Stubbs The Town of Stubbs will hold two Public Hearings on September 7, 2009 at 6:30 pm at the Stubbs Town Hall. The first will be the Ordinance to Regulate the Disposal of Solid Waste in the Town of Stubbs and the second will be an Ordinance to Adopt the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Stubbs. After the Public Hearings or at 7pm. The Town of Stubbs will hold it’s regular monthly Board Meeting. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call the meeting to order/ pledge to the flag 2. Approve the minutes of the previous month’s meeting. 3. Approve the financial report 4. Review and pay all approved bills 5. Public comment 6. Approval of the Ordinance to Regulate the Disposal of Solid Waste in the Town of Stubbs. 7. Approval of the Comprehensive Plan 8. Request for a Land Use permit 9. Road Construction Report 10.
