Town ofStubbs The Town ofStubbs will hold its regular monthly board meeting on September 6, 2011, at 7p.m. at the Stubbs Town Hall. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call the meeting to order/Pledge to the Flag 2. Approval of the previous month's minutes 3. Approval of the financial report 4. Review and pay all approved bills 5. Public input 6. Approve the Library budget for 2012 7. Open gravel bids and award bid 8. Closed Session for Evaluation For considering employment, compensation, promotion, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which this governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
