Town of Stubbs Budget Hearing
A public hearing for electors of Town of Stubbs will be held on
Monday, November 3, 2008, at 7 pm at the Town Hall for discussion of
the proposed 2009 budget, to be immediately followed by a special
meeting for approval of the Highway Budget and 2009 tax levy. This
meeting will be followed by the regular meeting of the Town Board with
the following agenda.
J. Call to order
2. Approval of the minutes
3. Approval of the financial report
4. Review and pay approved bills
5. Public comment
6. Adopt the 2009 budget
7. Request for rezoning
8. Set Dec. meeting
9. Adjourn
