Town of Stubbs The Town of Stubbs Comprehensive Planning Committee will meet on May5, 2008 at 5 PM at the Stubbs Town Hall. The agenda will be as follows: 1 Introduction > Review previous meeting > Public comment > Discuss next meeting 2. Plan Commission review & work session > Survey results > Review/ comment on draft goals, objectives, & and policies 3. Adjournment The Town of Stubbs will hold its regular Town Board meeting on May 5, 2008 at the Stubbs Town Hall at 7 PM. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call the meeting to order 2. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting's minutes 3. Approve the financial statement 4. Review and pay all approved bills 5. Fence for the Appolonia Cemetery 6. Rain gutters for the town hall 7. Appoint a Highway Superintendent 8. Discuss road projects for this year 9. Community Block Grant 10. Set the date for the next meeting 11.
