Town of Stubbs
The Town of Stubbs will hold it’s regular monthly board meeting on
December 7,2009 at the Stubbs Town Hall at 7 pm. The agenda will be as
follows:
1. Call the meeting to order/pledge to the flag
2. Approval of the previous month’s minutes
3. Approval of the financial report
4. Review and pay all approved bills
5. Public input
6. Compensation for town employees
7. Election of poll workers
8. State policy for assessments and Board of Review
9. Public input
10. Set the date for the next meeting
11. Adjourn
