Town of Stubbs The Town of Stubbs will hold its regular monthly board meeting on May7, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the Stubbs Town Hall. The Board will meet with the Rusk County Highway Commissioner and manager of Waste Management and tour a road that has been chipped sealed. Upon returning to the Town Hall,the Board will hold its regular monthly meeting with the agenda as follows. 1.Call the meeting to order and salute the flag 2.Approve the previous month's minutes 3.Approve the financial report 4.Presentation by the Highway commissioner 5.Review and pay all approved bills 6.Road projects for 2012 7.Discuss sand frac mines 8.Set the date for the next meeting 9.Adjourn
